From May 11 – 13, Sherwood Hills Baptist Church hosted the Mother Daughter Weekend for all the Mother & Daughters in our Church. Mothers invited their Daughters, Daughters invited their Mothers, and Mothers with more than one Daughter were happy to share and lend their daughters to others Mothers. Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Grandmothers, Great Grandmothers shared a great weekend full of love and blessings.
On Friday Night, May 11, the men prepared a banquet for their mothers, sisters and daughters. From the cooking to the serving, to the decorating, to the cleaning, all men were hands on in serving the women they loved with bow ties. After the wonderful meal, the ladies gathered in the church auditorium where Mrs. Teri Short shared her life’s testimony.
On Saturday, the ladies gathered for two sessions with Mrs. Teri Short. Her main topic was Growing in Testings and Trials.
